Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes (cut into chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion (sliced or diced)
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 pound polish kielbasa
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make burried treasures breakfast

  • Step 1
    Boil potatoes in water until soft, but not soft enough to mash.
  • Step 2
    While potatoes are boiling. Slice Kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Prepare large skillet with olive oil.
  • Step 3
    Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, and cover with onions. Add butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 4
    Heat remaining olive oil in a medium skillet and cook sausage pieces. When done, place on a plate. Cover with potatoes.
  • Step 5
    Serve while hot; delicious with ketchup.
