How to Make Burried Treasures Breakfast
- Boil potatoes in water until soft, but not soft enough to mash.
- While potatoes are boiling. Slice Kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Prepare large skillet with olive oil.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, and cover with onions. Add butter. Add salt and pepper
- Heat remaining olive oil in a medium skillet and cook sausage pieces. When done, place on a plate. Cover with potatoes.
- Serve while hot; delicious with ketchup.
