Burried Treasures Breakfast
potatoes (cut into chunks)
onion (sliced or diced)
1Boil potatoes in water until soft, but not soft enough to mash.
2While potatoes are boiling. Slice Kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Prepare large skillet with olive oil.
3Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, and cover with onions. Add butter. Add salt and pepper
4Heat remaining olive oil in a medium skillet and cook sausage pieces. When done, place on a plate. Cover with potatoes.
5Serve while hot; delicious with ketchup.
