Ingredients

2 lb
potatoes (cut into chunks)
2 Tbsp
butter
1 medium
onion (sliced or diced)
salt and pepper
1 lb
polish kielbasa
3 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make Burried Treasures Breakfast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil potatoes in water until soft, but not soft enough to mash.
  • 2While potatoes are boiling. Slice Kielbasa into bite sized pieces. Prepare large skillet with olive oil.
  • 3Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, and cover with onions. Add butter. Add salt and pepper
    to taste.
  • 4Heat remaining olive oil in a medium skillet and cook sausage pieces. When done, place on a plate. Cover with potatoes.
  • 5Serve while hot; delicious with ketchup.
