My sister-in-law owned a B&B for many years in New Buffalo, Michigan. Recipes could not be given out as long as the Inn was in existance. It has since been sold and not being used as a B&B. This is a great brunch dish.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean pork sausage
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced (use 1 1/2-2 cups depending on size of apple)
- 2 cups bread cubes, plain dry
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 medium eggs
How To Make breakfast sausage ring

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Press mixture into a bundt or tube pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven back to 350 degrees and continue baking an additional 45-50 minutes. Cool slightly before inverting.
