- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can small, mushroom pieces, drained

Step 1PLACE CROUTONS IN A GREASED 8X10 INCH BAKING DISH. TOP WITH CHEESE. COOK SAUSAGE IN SKILLET TILL BROWN, DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. PLACE SAUSAGE OVER CHEESE.

Step 2BEAT EGGS, MIX IN MUSTARD POWDER, MILK, MUSHROOM SOUP, AND PIECES TOGETHER. POUR OVER SAUSAGE.
