  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 pounds ground sausage ( i like jimmy dean homestyle)
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can small, mushroom pieces, drained

How To Make breakfast sausage hot dish

  • Step 1
    PLACE CROUTONS IN A GREASED 8X10 INCH BAKING DISH. TOP WITH CHEESE. COOK SAUSAGE IN SKILLET TILL BROWN, DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS. PLACE SAUSAGE OVER CHEESE.
  • Step 2
    BEAT EGGS, MIX IN MUSTARD POWDER, MILK, MUSHROOM SOUP, AND PIECES TOGETHER. POUR OVER SAUSAGE.
  • Step 3
    BAKE AT 300* FOR 90 MINUTES.LESS IF NOT REFRIGERATED .. ENJOY...
