- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 - whole nutmeg, grated
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 3 - heaping tsp. sage
- 2 - heaping tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make breakfast sausage

Step 1Cut pork into small even pieces. Combine with other ingredients using fine grinder. Put through grinder twice. Shape into patties. Cook as desired.
