Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 small green bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cups potatoes, parboiled and diced
- 4 - eggs
- 9 - flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - milk
How To Make breakfast burritos

Step 1Brown the ground beef with the onions.

Step 2Drain the fat, then add the spices and diced potatoes.

Step 3Whisk the eggs and milk slightly.

Step 4Add to beef/potato mixture over a medium high high.

Step 5Mix together as in scrambled eggs.

Step 6Warm flour tortillas on a hot griddle.

Step 7Put egg/beef mixture on warmed tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 8Fold the tortilla making a burrito.

Step 9Serve with salsa of your choice.
