Ingredients For biscuits n gravy

    frozen buscuits
  • 1 lb
    pork sausage
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make biscuits n gravy

    Put the biscuits in the oven to cook per container instruction.

    In a large pan fry up the pork sausage,over medium high heat. Drain when the pork turns brown, reserving some of the fat in the pan for your gravy.

    Add about 1/2 cup of all purpose flour to the pan and stir. while stirring add the milk. Be generous with salt and pepper then add more flour and milk till the gravy is the constancy you are looking for. I like a really thick gravy some like it thin. The longer you let it sit in the pan the stiffer it will become.

    Take the biscuits out of the oven and cut in half top with sausage and pour gravy over the top.
