How To Make
Combine sugar, chili powder, cumin and cayenne together - mix well.
Dredge the 12 slices of bacon in sugar mixture - pressing to adhere. Arrange bacon in a single layer on a wire rack coated with vegetable cooking spray and then place over an aluminum foil lined baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until crisp.
