Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 12 - thick sliced bacon strips
How To Make bbq bacon

Step 1Combine sugar, chili powder, cumin and cayenne together - mix well.

Step 2Dredge the 12 slices of bacon in sugar mixture - pressing to adhere. Arrange bacon in a single layer on a wire rack coated with vegetable cooking spray and then place over an aluminum foil lined baking pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until crisp. Watch carefully!
