  • 5 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cayenne pepper
  • 12
    thick sliced bacon strips

How to Make BBQ Bacon


  1. Combine sugar, chili powder, cumin and cayenne together - mix well.
  2. Dredge the 12 slices of bacon in sugar mixture - pressing to adhere. Arrange bacon in a single layer on a wire rack coated with vegetable cooking spray and then place over an aluminum foil lined baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until crisp.
