Ingredients

  • 1 cup refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs

How To Make bacon & crescent sandwich

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375.
  • Step 2
    Separate dough into 4 rectangles.
  • Step 3
    Place 2 rectangles in ungreased 8 inch square pan.
  • Step 4
    Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust, sealing perforations.
  • Step 5
    Place cheese slices over dough.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle bacon and onions over evenly.
  • Step 7
    Blend milk and eggs; pour over bacon.
  • Step 8
    Separate remaining dough into triangles.
  • Step 9
    Arrange triangles over bacon-egg mix; do not seal.
  • Step 10
    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set.
