  • 6 oz
    greek non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1/4 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 2 Tbsp
    your favorite crunchy whole-grain cereal
  • pinch
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp
    dark chocolate chips

How to Make Yogurt and Berry Breakfast Parfait


  1. Layer half of the yogurt, then raspberries. Dust the berries with cinnamon, sprinkle with half of the cereal and the chocolate chips.
  2. Repeat second layer, this time with blueberries.
