This is also great as a dessert or a snack. It's low-fat and healthy: a lean protein, fruit that's full of antioxidants and fiber, and a whole grain. Easy to prepare and easy to look at!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces greek non-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 2 tablespoons your favorite crunchy whole-grain cereal
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons dark chocolate chips

How To Make yogurt and berry breakfast parfait

  • Step 1
    Layer half of the yogurt, then raspberries. Dust the berries with cinnamon, sprinkle with half of the cereal and the chocolate chips.
  • Step 2
    Repeat second layer, this time with blueberries.
