Pr-heat oven to 425'
Put the butter in sprayed dish and place in the oven until butter melts. Watch carefully-Do Not burn!
Beat egg for 30 seconds, add milk and vanilla, beat until frothy, add flour and beat for 20 seconds or until thoroughly mixed. Do Not over beat. Pour batter into hot melted butter and return to the oven immediately. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Batter will puff up around edges and center will "set". Remove pancake from oven and baking dish and center on a warm serving plate. Serve drizzled with a little honey and fill center with sliced fruits and berries.
