strawberry bread
I found this recipe in the Allrecipes magazine and knew I had to make it. I just love anything strawberry.

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh strawberries/sliced
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make strawberry bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour two, 9 x 5 loaf pans.

Step 2Put strawberries in bowl and sprinkle with one teaspoon sugar. Toss to coat.

Step 3Stir together flour, remaining sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Whisk eggs in another bowl

Step 4Then stir in oil and pour over strawberries. Fold strawberry mixture into flour mixture until dry ingredients are just moistened. Fold in pecans.

Step 5Divide batter between prepared pans, about 3 cups per pan.

Step 6Bake until toothpicks inserted in center, comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.

Step 7Let cool in pans, on wire rack for 10 minutes.Remove loves from pan and let cool completely, about 1 hour.
