Honey Yogurt Crunch

I have yogurt and fresh fruit every morning, this morning I decided to do something a little different.

4 c
plain yogurt
2/3 c
cinnamon and nutmeg
1/4 c
finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c
crushed granola (no large chunks)
2 Tbsp
finely diced dried apricots
2 Tbsp
finely chopped dried cherries
1 Tbsp
finely chopped dried dates
1 Tbsp
golden raisins


1Mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon together well. Add remaining ingredients and stir very well to incorporate evenly.
2Serve with fruit to dip or just eat plain.
3This should go without saying, but keep any leftovers refrigerated. If you made a lot I personally wouldn't give it a shelf life of much more than 2 days.
