I have yogurt and fresh fruit every morning, this morning I decided to do something a little different.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • dash - cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup crushed granola (no large chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dried cherries
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dried dates
  • 1 tablespoon golden raisins

How To Make honey yogurt crunch

  • Step 1
    Mix yogurt, honey and cinnamon together well. Add remaining ingredients and stir very well to incorporate evenly.
  • Step 2
    Serve with fruit to dip or just eat plain.
  • Step 3
    This should go without saying, but keep any leftovers refrigerated. If you made a lot I personally wouldn't give it a shelf life of much more than 2 days.
