Granite Steps Country Blueberry Coffee Cake

Debby DeRousse

I found this recipe on the Food Network about 9 years ago. I have not made it until now and it is so wonderful. The fresh blueberries are the best but you can use frozen. Granite Steps is a Bed and Breakfast in Savannah Georgia. Make sure you have a hot cup of coffee or tea, even a cold glass of milk with this! This is a quick and easy recipe for just using a can of biscuits. Hope you enjoy it. As you notice in the picture, I made mine in a springform pan but don't attempt this because your butter will leak through! It was still good though.
