  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup lowfat cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 - kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon chive snips
  • - lettuce leaves
  • 1 large pita pocket breads, halved

How To Make fruit and cheese pockets

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl stir together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, kiwifruit, pineapple tidbits and chives.
  • Step 2
    To serve, place lettuce leaves in pita halves.
  • Step 3
    Spoon the fruit and cheese mixture into pitas.
