  • 1
    kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple tidbits, drained, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp
    chive snips
  • ·
    lettuce leaves
  • 1 large
    pita pocket breads, halved

How to Make Fruit and Cheese Pockets


  1. In a small bowl stir together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, kiwifruit, pineapple tidbits and chives.
  2. To serve, place lettuce leaves in pita halves.
  3. Spoon the fruit and cheese mixture into pitas.
