    lowfat cheddar cheese, diced

    kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple tidbits, drained, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp
    chive snips
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 lg
    pita pocket breads, halved

How To Make fruit and cheese pockets

    In a small bowl stir together cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, kiwifruit, pineapple tidbits and chives.

    To serve, place lettuce leaves in pita halves.

    Spoon the fruit and cheese mixture into pitas.
