Step-by-Step

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add eggs, milk, bread cubes and pineapple chunks with juice.
  3. Toss together.
  4. Bake one hour at 350 in one large oblong flat pan or two small square pans.
  5. Can be doubled easily and may be served with ham, or as a dessert.
