Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks in light syrup
How To Make escalloped pineapple

Step 1Cream sugar and butter.

Step 2Add eggs, milk, bread cubes and pineapple chunks with juice.

Step 3Toss together.

Step 4Bake one hour at 350 in one large oblong flat pan or two small square pans.
