Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks in light syrup

How To Make escalloped pineapple

  • Step 1
    Cream sugar and butter.
  • Step 2
    Add eggs, milk, bread cubes and pineapple chunks with juice.
  • Step 3
    Toss together.
  • Step 4
    Bake one hour at 350 in one large oblong flat pan or two small square pans.
  • Step 5
    Can be doubled easily and may be served with ham, or as a dessert.
