Ingredients

1/2 c
sugar
1/2 lb
butter
2
eggs
1/2 c
milk
5 slice
bread, cubed
1/4 c
pineapple chunks in light syrup

Step-By-Step

1Cream sugar and butter.
2Add eggs, milk, bread cubes and pineapple chunks with juice.
3Toss together.
4Bake one hour at 350 in one large oblong flat pan or two small square pans.
5Can be doubled easily and may be served with ham, or as a dessert.
