Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 6 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup ap flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 packages 12-oz pkgs. frozen escalloped apples (stouffers)
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make escalloped apple oven pancake

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a round deep baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter and vanilla using a whisk.

Step 2Slowly whisk in flour and salt until egg mixture is smooth. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. REDUCE oven temp to 350 degrees and continue baking 15 minutes or until sides are crisp and golden brown.

Step 3Meanwhile, heat apples in microwave oven according to package directions. Remove pancake from oven and fill the center with apples.

Step 4Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon . Sprinkle over pancake and apples. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
