Escalloped Apple Oven Pancake

2 Tbspbutter, melted
1 cap flour
2 pkg12-oz pkgs. frozen escalloped apples (stouffers)
1 Tbsppowdered sugar
1 tspground cinnamon
How to Make Escalloped Apple Oven Pancake
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a round deep baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter and vanilla using a whisk.
- Slowly whisk in flour and salt until egg mixture is smooth. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake 10 minutes. REDUCE oven temp to 350 degrees and continue baking 15 minutes or until sides are crisp and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat apples in microwave oven according to package directions. Remove pancake from oven and fill the center with apples.
- Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon . Sprinkle over pancake and apples. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
