    apples, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 2 c
    milk, low-fat
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How To Make crockpot breakfast

  • 1
    Place apples, cup brown sugar and salt in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • 2
    Pour in oatmeal, milk and water. Do NOT stir.

    Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
