- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup quick cooking polenta
- FRUIT
- 2 plums
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt, cinnamon, & nutmeg
- juice of 1 lemon
How To Make creamy polenta with macerated fruit

Step 1Heat the milk over medium heat then whisk in the polenta and cook about 10 minutes.

Step 2Cut the plums into small pieces and remove the pit. Toss it with the sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice
