Ingredients
- 2 ruby red grapefruit, halved
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 4 maraschino cherries
How To Make broiled ruby reds

Step 1Cut around each section with a grapefruit knife.

Step 2Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over grapefruit.

Step 3Broil until juice is bubbling. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and broil until coconut is toasted. Add cherries to the centers of grapefruit.
