breakfast banana delight
This recipe is fun for children to watch it cook through a glass oven door because it puffs up as it cooks. I combine a basic crater cake that my sister-in-law used to make with a coffee marshmallow dessert that I took from a Bermuda cook book. It is very easy and everyone loves it.

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/4 pound marshmallows
- 1/3 cup hot coffee
- 2 - bananas
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
How To Make breakfast banana delight

Step 1Basic Delight 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2. Place butter in 9" cake pan in hot oven 3. Wisk together eggs, milk and flour in small bowl 4. When butter is melted, pour batter in pan 5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes

Step 2Topping Make topping while Basic Delight is baking 1. Set up a double boiler and put on heat 2. Melt marshmallows in bouble boiler with coffee 3. Stir until smooth

Step 3Assemble 1. Put 1/4 Basic Delight on plate 2. Place 1/2 cut up banana on top and pour 1/4 of coffee marshmallow sauce on top 3. Sprinkle with 1/4 of the chopped nuts
