How to Make Blueberry Muffin Drops
- Wash blueberries and set aside.
- Combine dry muffin mix and flour, then stir in milk and eggs. (Just until ingredients are moist)
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Form small balls by hand and drop into a 1 inch depth of crisco.
- Fry until brown then flip once. When done frying place on paper towels to drain.
- Shake warm muffin balls in a bag containing the sugar and cinnamon.
