- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup butter
- BATTER:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups frozen blueberries don't thaw
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 2/3 cup milk

Step 1Prepare topping: In medium bowl combine sugar, flour, oatmeal cinnamon, nutmeg, cut in butter until crumbly, set aside.

Step 2Prepare batter: Heat oven to 350. Grease an 11x7 inch baking dish. In med bowl combine flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt, set aside

Step 3Large bowl beat butter, sugar, blend in egg. Add flour mixture alternately wtih milk, mixing until blended. Spread in pan, toss berries with lemon juice, sprinkle w batter and topping. Bake 55-60 mins.
