I don't remember where I found this - but it is so easy to make and very very good. I hope you enjoy.

  • 1 3/4 c
  • 1 c
  • 4
  • 1 tsp
  • 3c c
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 can(s)
    21 oz blueberry pie filling (or your choice of flavor)

How to Make Blueberry Breakfast Bars


  1. Cream sugar and butter in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  2. Add flour and baking powder, stir until combined. Spread half of mixture onto an ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan ( used 8 1/2 x 11 pan). Carefully top with pie filling. Drop remaining dough on top by teaspoonfuls.
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Do not under bake.
