granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp
salt

FOLD IN

1 c
dairy sour cream
1 c
small curd cottage cheese

well beaten eggs

SERVE WITH SMUCKER'S BLUEBERRY SYRUP OR FRESH FRUIT

How to Make Blintz Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour batter (about 1/4 cup depending on personal preference) onto heated, greased griddle.

    When the top of pancake is covered with bubbles, it's ready to turn.

    Serve with fresh fruit and/or fruit syrups. DELICIOUS!
