- SIFT TOGETHER:
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- FOLD IN
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 4 - well beaten eggs
- SERVE WITH SMUCKER'S BLUEBERRY SYRUP OR FRESH FRUIT
How To Make blintz pancakes

Step 1Pour batter (about 1/4 cup depending on personal preference) onto heated, greased griddle. When the top of pancake is covered with bubbles, it's ready to turn. Serve with fresh fruit and/or fruit syrups. DELICIOUS!
