Ingredients

STREUSEL TOPPING

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

2/3 call purpose flour

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspground nutmeg

COFFEE CAKE
-
1/2 cbutter, softened
-
1 csugar (may use 1/2 brown sugar)

2 call purpose flour
-
2eggs
-
2 Tbspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2/3 csour cream
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
2large peaches, sliced (ripened)
-
1 cfresh blackberries (rinsed and dried)

How to Make Blackberry-Peach Coffee Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Streusel by mixing together until of crumb consistency. Set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add alternately with sour cream. Stir in vanilla. Pour a batter into 9” springform pan. Top with fruit and then crumb mixture. Bake at 350? for 1 hour and 10 min. (toothpick inserted in center will NOT come out clean because fuit keeps it very moist). Center of cake should be set. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
