  • 1 pkg
    mixed berries, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    vanilla soymilk
  • 3 pinch
    flax seeds
  • 1/2 c
    apple juice

How to Make Berry Blast Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Get out your blender
    *May need assistance with parents
  2. Start unpeeling and cutting small chunks of the bananas in first.
  3. Add your soymilk and Apple Juice
  4. Add your frozen berries and a few flax seeds for fiber
  5. Mix and enjoy :)
