  • 2 - frozen bananas
  • 1 package mixed berries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 3 pinches flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup apple juice

How To Make berry blast smoothie

  • Step 1
    Get out your blender *May need assistance with parents
  • Step 2
    Start unpeeling and cutting small chunks of the bananas in first.
  • Step 3
    Add your soymilk and Apple Juice
  • Step 4
    Add your frozen berries and a few flax seeds for fiber
  • Step 5
    Mix and enjoy :)
