/ Fruit Breakfast
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
tart green apple, peeled and chopped
2Grease and flour a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
3Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and walnuts in a medium bowl; make a well in the center.
4In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, oil, apple and raisins in small bowl.
5Pour mixture into well. Mix batter until just moistened; do not over mix.
6Fill prepared muffin tins 3/4 full.
7Bake for 18-20 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan on wire rack.
