apple enchiladas
Found this recipe when we were looking for another way to use up all the apples we got from the apple orchard.

Ingredients
- 6 small apples, granny smith or canned apple pie filling
- 6 - flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup white granular sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make apple enchiladas

Step 1Peel, core and chop up the apples in small pieces. (Any type of apple will work. We use whatever apples that need to be used up)

Step 2Mix, margarine,white sugar,brown sugar and water in sauce pan on stove top. Bring to a boil,them simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 3Put the apples in center of flour tortillas. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and place into glass dish.

Step 4Place enchiladas seam down in dish.

Step 5Pour mixture of margarine,sugars and water over enchiladas. Put in oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
