Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 small scallions,sliced thin, white for ommelette & green for garnish
- 2 tablespoons minced ham, cooked bacon or cooked sausage
- 2 tablespoons any other veggie you prefer ie;sweet peppers, zucchini etc
- 2 tablespoons favorite cheese, diced fine or shredded
- 1 bag ziplock quart steamfresh bag per omelette
How To Make ziplock omelettes

Step 1For each omelette, crack 2 eggs into a bag..seal and shake until well blended. add the above ingredients or mix and match your own favorites. again shake well to combine then remove as much air as possible from bag,

Step 2Have large pot of rolling boiling water ready and you can cook 6-8 bags at a time..cook EXACTLY 13 mins! remove bags from water bath, open bags and they will just roll right out onto plates

Step 3Garnish with green parts of scallion extra cheese if you wish and some finely diced tomato. so easy and delicious!
