vegetable omelet
I just adopted this recipe, and I will be making some changes, I think I will omit the cream of tartar... I will also add cooked sausage and onion! We will see what else I change at the time I cook this. Sounds delicious just the way it is but I will be making it my own! ;)

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs whisked together
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon mushrooms, sliced
- 2 - green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- - cooking spray
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make vegetable omelet

Step 1Whisk eggs together with cream of tartar and pour into hot skillet coated with cooking spray.

Step 2As egg starts to cook place vegetables on one side of the egg.

Step 3When egg is cooked fold 1/2 the egg over the vegetables.

Step 4Salt and pepper to taste.
