I just adopted this recipe, and I will be making some changes, I think I will omit the cream of tartar... I will also add cooked sausage and onion! We will see what else I change at the time I cook this. Sounds delicious just the way it is but I will be making it my own! ;)

eggs whisked together
1/4 tsp
cream of tartar
1 Tbsp
mushrooms, sliced
green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp
tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c
monterey jack cheese, shredded
cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Vegetable Omelet


  • 1Whisk eggs together with cream of tartar and pour into hot skillet coated with cooking spray.
  • 2As egg starts to cook place vegetables on one side of the egg.
  • 3When egg is cooked fold 1/2 the egg over the vegetables.
  • 4Salt and pepper to taste.
