My nephews, Caleb and Clint have been making these since they were old enough to start cooking. Today Caleb is serving in the Navy and Clint just graduated from high school. I am so proud of my nephews! Aunt Sandy had them submit their UFO'S in our church cookbook. That made them both happy! Just another way for this Aunt to show off her fellows! :) *Google pic*

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 slice bread
- 1 egg

How To Make ufo's

Step 1

Melt 1/2 butter in skillet.

Step 2

Spread the other 1/2 on bread.
Step 3

Cut a hole in the center of the bread by using a cookie cutter or glass.
Step 4

Fry bread with butter side up in skillet.
Step 5

Turn over and break egg into center of hole.
Step 6

Cook until egg sets; turn over, cook other side.
