How to Make Tomatoes & Eggs On Toast
- Pour 1-2 cans of your favorite canned tomatoes in a cooking pot and heat to a boil on med-high. Add salt & pepper and any additional seasonings.
- Crack 1-6 in a separate bowl (no eggshells in this dish) pour one at a time in pot, being sure to space them out. Spoon tomatoes over each egg. Poached until desired readiness. Poached over easy, etc...
- At same time brown and butter your toast.
- When eggs are done, spoon eggs over your toast making sure to get a desired amount of tomatoes and sauce too. Top with cheese and Enjoy!
