butter one slice of favorite bread on both sides (2 tsp of butter per slice)
use the rim of a small juice glass to cut a hole in the middle of the bread
put bread and "hole" into the skillet
break 1 egg into the hole in bread and salt and pepper
turn bread when egg turns white, turn "hole" too
serve with "hole" as a lid to cover the "toad" aka;the egg
