bacon (cooked and diced small)
cheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Think Spring Scrambled Eggs
1In small sauté pan add one teaspoon of oil and the asparagus, cook on low about 7 minutes till asparagus is tender, add bacon cook about 2 minutes more till warmed through.
2Mix eggs and cream whipping till blended, pour into large pan cook and stir till light and fluffy, add asparagus and bacon, fold together so as not to ruin the fluffy eggs.
3Put the cheddar cheese over whole thing and fold lightly.
Salt and pepper to taste.
