think spring scrambled eggs
It was cold here this morning, but I was trying to think spring so this is what I come up with.

Ingredients
- 4 sticks asparagus, fresh (diced)
- 2 slices bacon (cooked and diced small)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - salt and pepper
How To Make think spring scrambled eggs

Step 1In small sauté pan add one teaspoon of oil and the asparagus, cook on low about 7 minutes till asparagus is tender, add bacon cook about 2 minutes more till warmed through.

Step 2Mix eggs and cream whipping till blended, pour into large pan cook and stir till light and fluffy, add asparagus and bacon, fold together so as not to ruin the fluffy eggs.

Step 3Put the cheddar cheese over whole thing and fold lightly. Salt and pepper to taste.
