For $10.80 you can get 10 taco at Taco Bell. Now that my family is smaller that's too much food but I can't pass up a deal. This is how I use up the leftovers.

  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1
  • 2 oz
  • 1 scoop(s)
    sour cream
  • 2 pkg
    hot sauce

How to Make Taco Bell Omelet


  1. Separate the Ingredients of the taco, cut shells in to French fry size strips. In a small nonstick skillet, fry them till crunchy salt while hot & put them on your plate.
  2. Heat meat in microwave.
  3. In a small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to skillet
  4. As eggs set, push cooked edges toward the center, letting uncooked portion flow underneath. When the eggs are set, add taco meat. fold eggs in half.
  5. Plate omelet add the lettuce, cheese, sour cream & taco bell hot sauce on top. enjoy!

    Note; I will add extra cheese to taco meat in omelet if I have some in the house.
