For $10.80 you can get 10 taco at Taco Bell. Now that my family is smaller that's too much food but I can't pass up a deal. This is how I use up the leftovers.

How to Make Taco Bell Omelet


  • 1Separate the Ingredients of the taco, cut shells in to French fry size strips. In a small nonstick skillet, fry them till crunchy salt while hot & put them on your plate.
  • 2Heat meat in microwave.
  • 3In a small nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to skillet
  • 4As eggs set, push cooked edges toward the center, letting uncooked portion flow underneath. When the eggs are set, add taco meat. fold eggs in half.
  • 5Plate omelet add the lettuce, cheese, sour cream & taco bell hot sauce on top. enjoy!

    Note; I will add extra cheese to taco meat in omelet if I have some in the house.
