This is a great dish from one of my friends who enterains regularly. I think it is quite tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

8 slice
white bread, crust removed
6
eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
milk
1 c
velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c
swiss cheese, cubed
1 lb
sausage, browned with a little onion

How to Make Swiss Omelet

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cube the bread and place in a greased 9 x 13" casserole dish. Alternate with cheese until all is used. Put sausage over this mixture; mix eggs with milk and salt; pour over all. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
