This is a great dish from one of my friends who enterains regularly. I think it is quite tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread, crust removed
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup swiss cheese, cubed
- 1 pound sausage, browned with a little onion
How To Make swiss omelet

Step 1Cube the bread and place in a greased 9 x 13" casserole dish. Alternate with cheese until all is used. Put sausage over this mixture; mix eggs with milk and salt; pour over all. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
