super simple egg custard

I couldn't find my mother's recipe, and i was running low on milk, so i created this one that is so simple, and easy on the pocket book! good for a sweet breakfast treat, or dessert if you please! serve either cold or warm from the oven!

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups milk, i use 2%
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- scant - sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, to taste
How To Make super simple egg custard

Step 1crack eggs into large bowl and beat with mixer well. whites should be thoroughly blended in.

Step 2add one full can of sweetened condensed milk and mix well again.

Step 3add in vanilla and regular milk, mix thoroughly again.

Step 4spray pans with pam lightly, and place in a pan of water. (water bath)

Step 5pour in custard mix to no more than 3/4 full.

Step 6sprinkle lightly with either cinnamon or nutmeg to taste.

Step 7place in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. check doneness with a knife. when an inserted knife comes out of the center of the custard clean, it is done.
