I Recieved this Recipe from a friend back in fla.And she told me it was the most easiest Omelet she had ever made.You could put anything in it that you wanted,for example~ chopped onion,green peppers,cheese,spices that you wanted;and I tryed it and it turned out really well considering that it was made in a ziploc bag...

Ingredients
- 1-3 large eggs,shredded cheese of your choice,any veggie's of your choice,pam spray( i used buttred flavored),1 qt.size ziploc bag.
How To Make super easy omelet

Step 1Take a medium size sauce pan with water,bring it to a light boil. In the mean time place all ingredient's in the ziploc bag and make sure it is secured well or use a zipper qt.bag. Mix all ingredient's well make sure that you get all the air out of the bag before placing it in the pan of water ; bring to a boil and cook make sure that the bag stay's in the water then turn down the heat to a medium or medium high to finish the omelet.When omelet is done open the bag and let cool for a minute or two before putting on your plate..
