Stuffing Cups with anyway eggs

6 cleft over stuffing
-
1 stickbutter
-
6 largeeggs

1/4 tspsalt and pepper
How to Make Stuffing Cups with anyway eggs
- I make these in individual portions using small ramekins or baking cups. Fill each cup 3/4 of the way to the top,place in microwave for 5-8 minutes to heat. meanwhile in pot of boiling salted water,poach the eggs,( out of the shells) or if you have a poaching tray that's even better.The eggs can be prepared any way you like,soft boiled,over easy,scrambled etc.What ever's your liking! That's why they're " anyway eggs"!
- When the stuffing is heated,place a pat of butter on each cup,then one egg for each,sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve! Note: I like mine with a tablespoon of the leftover gravy on top!
- Hint: I have also place the stuffing cups under the broiler foe a few minutes to crisp the tops a little before putting on the egg. Yummy!
