- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- hot sauce, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 English muffins
- 2 slices cheese of your choice
- 2 slices tomato
How To Make speedy breakfast muffin

Step 1Crack each egg into a separate greased ramekin. Stir in the herbs, salt, and pepper. Add hot sauce, if using. Microwave on high for about 45 seconds.

Step 2Meanwhile, toast English muffins. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom of each muffin as soon as it pops out of the toaster. Add a slice of tomato. Top with the cooked egg and muffin top. Serve.
