Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and tho I haven't tried this just yet is sounds good to me and is on my to make list. If anyone makes this I'd love your feedback and a picture if you're willing to share one.

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.9 ounce packet hollandaise sauce mix
- 1/2 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
- 2 - links chicken chorizo, very thinly sliced
- 4 - english muffins, split
- 8 slices tomato
- 8 - poached or fried eggs
How To Make spanish benedict

Step 1Heat milk, butter, chili powder and sauce mix in a small pan, whisking until hot and thickened. Whisk in cheese and set aside

Step 2Cook chorizo in a skillet until lightly browned. Toast muffins

Step 3Top each muffin half with a tomato slice, equal amounts of chorizo and an egg. Spoon 2 tablespoons sauce over each.
