1/2 tspchili powder
0.9 ozpacket hollandaise sauce mix
1/2 cshredded mexican blend cheese
2links chicken chorizo, very thinly sliced
4english muffins, split
8poached or fried eggs
How to Make Spanish Benedict
- Heat milk, butter, chili powder and sauce mix in a small pan, whisking until hot and thickened. Whisk in cheese and set aside
- Cook chorizo in a skillet until lightly browned. Toast muffins
- Top each muffin half with a tomato slice, equal amounts of chorizo and an egg. Spoon 2 tablespoons sauce over each.
