Spaghetti Eggs!

Colleen Sowa

I am disabled, and I babysit my grandchildren. I only had 4 eggs to feed 6 people.. and had no one around to go to the store for me.... So I decided to make up a recipe that the kids would like using left overs in the refrigerator. It came out very good, and the children ask me to make them "Spaghetti Eggs" from time to time. When there is company over, we make a big batch and there are never any left overs!

I hope you try this and enjoy it and PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD!
