(30 oz) frozen hash browns
1 lb
sausage, browned and drained
8 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz
mozzarella cheese, shredded

green onions, sliced

eggs
1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

How to Make Slow Cooker Breakfast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Spray a large slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray then place half the hash browns into the bottom.
  • 2Layer in half the cooked sausage, half the cheeses and half the green onions, then repeat hash browns, sausage and cheese layers.
  • 3In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then drizzle over top.
  • 4Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until eggs are set.
  • 5Serve with remaining green onions, salsa or guacamole.
