  • 1 pkg
    (30 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb
    sausage, browned and drained
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6
    green onions, sliced
  • 12
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp

How to Make Slow Cooker Breakfast


  1. Spray a large slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray then place half the hash browns into the bottom.
  2. Layer in half the cooked sausage, half the cheeses and half the green onions, then repeat hash browns, sausage and cheese layers.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then drizzle over top.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until eggs are set.
  5. Serve with remaining green onions, salsa or guacamole.
