Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage or bacon
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 - small onion ..diced small or minced dry onion
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper..diced small
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make scrambled egg muffins

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In a large skillet,cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain. (you could substitute bacon for sausage.Use same instructions)

Step 3In a large bowl,beat eggs. Add onion & next 5 ingredients. Stir in sausage and cheese.

Step 4Spoon by 1/3 cupfuls into muffin cups coated with cooking spray.

Step 5Bake 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
