scrambled egg blast
I made this for breakfast the other day, and it was yummy. No leftovers.

Ingredients
- 1 package 16 oz. bacon of choice, (i used thick cut)
- 6 - lg. eggs
- 1 - med. onion, chopped if desired
- 1/2 package shredded cheese of choice
- dash salt and pepper
- dash garlic powder,(optional)
How To Make scrambled egg blast

Step 1Fry up the bacon until crispy. Cut or break up cooked bacon into pieces. Set aside in a bowl.

Step 2Put eggs in a bowl, add 1 T. milk beat until mixed up. Pour eggs in skillet on med. heat, add bacon pieces, onion salt and pepper. Fry until eggs are scrambled. Sprinkle cheese on top, cook until cheese melts.
