I made this for breakfast the other day, and it was yummy. No leftovers.
16 oz. bacon of choice, (i used thick cut)
med. onion, chopped if desired
shredded cheese of choice
salt and pepper
How To Make
Fry up the bacon until crispy. Cut or break up cooked bacon into pieces. Set aside in a bowl.
Put eggs in a bowl, add 1 T. milk beat until mixed up. Pour eggs in skillet on med. heat, add bacon pieces, onion salt and pepper. Fry until eggs are scrambled. Sprinkle cheese on top, cook until cheese melts.
