Ingredients
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 1 - egg beaten
- 20 ounces bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
How To Make scots eggs

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Peel eggs.

Step 3Evenly divide sausage for 6 eggs,and pat around hard cooked eggs. Make sure egg is completely covered, and sealed.

Step 4In a bowl place the beaten egg.

Step 5Then roll each wrapped egg in beaten egg, and then in bread crumbs. Place on rack in roasting pan. Bake 50 to 60 min., or until sausage in cooked.
