savory scrambled eggs
I got this recipe out of a Wear Ever cookbook when my oldest son was a baby. I used to work at a department store and we had a Breakfast every month before the store opened. Each department would take turns fixing Breakfast. When our turn came I wanted to fix this but the others weren't sure at first, but they finally agreed. Our store manager came up to us afterwards and wanted to know whose recipe it was. Everyone pointed at me and he said, "Well I just wanted to thank you because that's the best eggs I've ever had, I ate three helpings! They've always been a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 12 - eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- - salt, pepper to taste
- 6 ounces cream cheese
How To Make savory scrambled eggs

Step 1Melt butter in 10 inch broiler pan.

Step 2Combine eggs, milk, seasonings; pour into pan.

Step 3Cook over low heat; stirring constantly until eggs begin to thicken.

Step 4Add cream cheese cut in squares.

Step 5Continue cooking, stirring until cheese is blended and eggs are firm but moist.
