  • 10 slices bacon, partly fried
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 - green onions, sliced
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, optional

How To Make savory breakfast dish, bacon, eggs and cheese

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine cheese, eggs, bacon (cut in 1 inch pieces), onions, cream, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Add mushrooms if desired.
  • Step 3
    Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square dish.
  • Step 4
    Bake.

    Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
