- 10 slices bacon, partly fried
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups light cream
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, optional

Step 1In a large bowl, combine cheese, eggs, bacon (cut in 1 inch pieces), onions, cream, salt and pepper.

Step 2Add mushrooms if desired.

Step 3Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square dish.
