seems like such an easy idea but some people just stare at me when I say that I make my own sausage muffin sandwich at home and don't always have to go to the fast food places to have a quick breakfast. I always keep frozen sausage pattys in the freezer (cheap at Walmart), but you could form your own if you have bulk sausage on hand.

Ingredients

4 - preformed sausage pattys
4 - english muffins, sliced
4 - eggs
4 - cheese slices

How To Make sausage muffins

Step 1

cook sausage pattys. If you are using the frozen ones then cook about 5 minutes on each side to be sure of doneness

Step 2

toast english muffins. I put all of them in my toaster oven at the same time.
Step 3

cook eggs individually.Make sure they are small enough that they will fit easily on the english muffin
Step 4

assemble sandwiches and enjoy
