Ingredients
- 1 large rose petal
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch chives
- 1 slice gouda cheese
How To Make rose petal omelette

Step 1Melt butter in a non-stick pan or omelette pan over medium low heat.

Step 2Add all but a few rose petals, the cracked eggs and seasoning to a blender.

Step 3Process on low until the petals are very fine. Pour into pan, reduce heat a little, cover and cook until set. Add cheese to centre, fold over side onto plate. Sprinkle with reserved petals and serve.
