Ingredients For rose petal omelette

  • 1 lg
    rose petal
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    chives
  • 1 slice
    gouda cheese

How To Make rose petal omelette

    Melt butter in a non-stick pan or omelette pan over medium low heat.
  • 2
    Add all but a few rose petals, the cracked eggs and seasoning to a blender.
  • 3
    Process on low until the petals are very fine. Pour into pan, reduce heat a little, cover and cook until set. Add cheese to centre, fold over side onto plate. Sprinkle with reserved petals and serve.
