1 large
rose petal
2 large
eggs
1 Tbsp
butter
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
chives
1 slice
gouda cheese

How to Make ROSE PETAL OMELETTE

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter in a non-stick pan or omelette pan over medium low heat.
  • 2Add all but a few rose petals, the cracked eggs and seasoning to a blender.
  • 3Process on low until the petals are very fine. Pour into pan, reduce heat a little, cover and cook until set. Add cheese to centre, fold over side onto plate. Sprinkle with reserved petals and serve.
